Founder and Principal of Eyebright Interactive, David Cohn brings over 20 years of programming experience to each project.
Prior to establishing Eyebright, David's work ranged from Technical Director at Fathom Pictures to 3D graphics development at IBM.
An independent contractor since 1995, David specializes in the architecting and development of interactive media with an emphasis
on high performance education and entertainment development. With a well-grounded knowledge of graphics, video and sound,
and extensive CD-ROM as well as online experience, David has worked with multimedia since its inception over 10 years ago.
Qualifications and Experience
Having entered multimedia development with an M.F.A., David brings unusually strong graphics skills to programming.
With a background in writing as well as film and animation, he has developed a familiarity with all forms of multimedia
including text, video, sound and graphics. This breadth allows David to fill in when needed to get a project done
so project coding doesn't get bogged down waiting for needed assets.
quotes from Dave:

 |
"With long experience, I've cultivated the ability to develop rapid prototypes. I'm often able to complete a viable prototype in days.
This allows early evaluation of projects, facilitates the design process, and helps clients unfamiliar with interactive media to assess their ideas in context."

 |
"Fluency with multimedia leads naturally to fluency in communicating these ideas. For many years, I've shared my experience by
teaching interactive design and thesis advising at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Through sharing my experience and expertise,
I also learn by exposure to the bright and innovative conceptions of my students."

Associates
With his extensive contacts in the field of multimedia development, David Cohn has established a strong network of associates with whom he regularly collaborates.
Working with this network of specialists, Eyebright provides Project Management, Graphic Design, Sound and Video production, and Scriptwriting.
Each of the specialists David works with reflect the same experience, professionalism, and excellence he demands from himself.
One doesn't spend this long doing high quality products without working with, and valuing, exceptionally well-qualified colleagues.
These are some of the contacts I've maintained, and the people I turn to whenever a need arises outside my own areas of expertise:
William Alexander multimedia project management
Scot Walker interactive and graphic design
Hennie Farrow graphic and print design
Denise Bryant graphic and print design
Joan Frank scriptwriting and video production
Tom Kohara multimedia design consultant
Jon Bell high-end 3D design and modelling
Ben 'Jacobs' sound design, production and programming
